Download the Enrolment Form and return it (completed and signed), when you attend the first day of School. 

 

Please read the following information carefully before completing the Enrolment Form. 

 

● The Enrolment Form is used to collect information related to your enrolment OR yearly re-enrolment.  

    All students (new & continuing) must complete this Form every year, as required by the NSW Department of Education. 

● You can start classes at any time during the school year. 

 

● This form is NOT used to collect payments. For payments and information about our fees, please refer to “Payments”  and      “Fees & School Calendar”.

 

● Information provided here is confidential and is only accessed by the School Committee.
